Bill Bald, President of Melcher & Prescott Insurance, has been named newest member of the board at United Benefit Advisors (UBA) where he will serve as New England/UK/Ireland Region representative.
“Joining the board of UBA continues my commitment to shape the future of the insurance industry for the benefit of employers and their employees,” said Bald. “UBA allows independent benefit professionals to forge pathways for innovation, collaboration, and positive change…I strongly believe in the power of collective expertise and a shared vision to elevate our industry to new heights.”
Bald received his BA from the University of New Hampshire, MBA from Plymouth State University, and Certificate of Advanced Management from Babson College.
According to Billy Potter, UBA Board Chair, Melcher & Prescott joined UBA in 2018 at which time Bald became an active member of the Finance Committee.
