Our Philosophy
Human & Social Services are about helping others. That cannot happen if you are forced to suspend or cancel your services after a loss. Even though we look for ways to save you money on your Human Services Insurance, we don’t promise savings. Nor do we trade savings for greater risk without educating you about the implications to your organization. We work with you to manage risk and to improve your ability to maintain uninterrupted services should you experience a loss.
Our team approaches its role from the perspective of consultative advisors. We learn about your organization and then we provide education about the various methods to manage your risk – retention, mitigation, contractual, transfer and/or avoidance.
We believe that it is in your best interest to take a holistic look at property, casualty and benefits for your organization. This provides the greatest opportunity to ensure that your risk management plan to minimizes gaps, reduces redundancy, maximizes cost saving credits and aligns with your benefits strategy.
Even if you are currently served well, at a minimum, our consultative advice will provide additional perspective. A fresh perspective may validate current services or it may provide an opportunity to clarify elements of your current risk management plan.
