RANDY EIFERT
President - Property & Casualty
Randy has 30 years of experience in the industry and has earned national recognition as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM). He has been an active volunteer throughout the Lakes Region community including as a charter member and chair of the Waukewan Watershed Advisory Committee, past Board Chair of Lakes Region United Way and Belknap Economic Development Council, and an alumnus of Leadership Lakes Region.
In addition to being CEO and Chairman of Melcher & Prescott Insurance, Mike is Chairman and CEO of DMS Insurance Holdings, LLC, which also has insurance brokerage operations in Michigan and Texas. Additionally, he is Chairman, CEO, and President of SCG Fields, LLC, a national builder of athletic fields. He has served on many Boards in charitable as well as industry associations. Mike received a B.A. from Alma College in Alma, Michigan, and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.

Bill leads, inspires and coaches a team of 40 extremely talented insurance professionals providing "Knowledge, Trust & Confidence" to a wide range of businesses and individuals both locally and nationally. He received his BA from the University of New Hampshire, MBA from Plymouth State University and CAM from Babson College. Additionally, he has earned national recognition as a Certified Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor. He serves on multiple insurance company advisory boards and gives back locally as a Trustee and Board Co-Chair for LRGHealthcare and on the board of Belknap EDC.
